Andrew Kozlov, MBA is the co-founder and managing partner of 4BIO Capital in London, UK, and a board member of NV Therapeutics.

Andrew is the Managing Partner and CFO of 4BIO Capital and leads the investment and structuring side of the business. He manages the firm and 4BIO funds finances and oversees the risk management of 4BIO funds. He has over twenty years of experience in senior financial management roles across various industries, including McKinsey & Co., HSBC Bank Plc. and profine GmbH. He is an active investor in biotechnology startups since 2009. Prior to co-founding 4BIO, he founded and served as a Partner and CIO of the biotech investment practice at Enso Ventures. He also sits on the board of Ascend Advanced Therapies, and has served on the boards of several public and private biotechnology companies, including Redpin Therapeutics, Egalet Corp, Image Analysis, and Vascular Flow Technologies.
